Using Memorare
You may use Memorare only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login details secure, and all activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Memorare, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload harmful code, scrape or copy the service in a way that causes harm, or use it to violate another person's rights.
Educational content
Memorare provides educational practice and study tools. Content is provided for learning support and is not a substitute for professional teaching, assessment, or advice. We do not guarantee that every item is complete, error-free, or suitable for every learner or curriculum.

Some Memorare features may require payment. Prices and any applicable terms will be shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the applicable charge.
Intellectual property
Memorare, including its software, branding, design, and original content, is owned by Memorare or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of those materials.
